What Drives Us?
Over the years, through the many different ways we access the ocean we have learnt our trade. Understanding the ocean is not something that happens overnight, as anyone with experience will tell you. We were taught, trained and inspired by lifeguards and watermen from yesteryear and now we can pass that knowledge on. We are not in competition with anyone with what we are setting out to provide, our only agenda being to honour and respect the very core of what it is we do, where we do it and with whom, so as to nurture sustainable futures for the sports we are interested in. From the outset, we are using our publishing and writing skills to produce WSA Publications. These will be provided when attending any of our courses, however they will also be available for purchase regardless of whether you attend one of our courses.
Our aim is to instil that same belief and professionalism in our new instructors. We do this through delivering high quality instructor courses in a relaxed, enthusiastic and encouraging learning environment. The majority of our courses are based over 3 days, 2 days training and one day assessment. This allows you to concentrate and get the most out of your training and return when you are confident to complete the assessment. Over the years, WSA Training has refined its courses to get the best from everyone.
