Day 1

You will be met by the guides at Tresseck campsite. They will supply you with everything for the weekend including tents, sleeping mats, SUPs, paddles, PFDs, drybags (75ltr & 20ltr), wetsuits and jackets, footwear for the river and a food bag containing breakfasts, snack and your first evening meal. All equipment provided is from premium industry leading water sports companies.

You will get everything packed away jump on a bus and be delivered to the start. We will run a short introduction to stand up paddling and develop your skills throughout the 3 days. We will have regular stops for warm drinks and snacks. We will arrive at camp in the early evening where once you have set up you tent there will be plenty of time to kick back and relax with a nice glass of wine.

Day 2

You will be woken with a warm drink. breakfast will be Porridge with toppers. Day 2 will be spent exploring the Wye. There are going to be lots of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge. We will pass through small rapids along the way which we will teach you how to manage but they are perfect for beginners up to intermediate paddlers.

Lunch will be provided on the riverbank and again we will stop for warms drinks and snacks throughout the day. Evening two, we will arrive at camp. Set up tents and head to the pub for an evening meal at a local country pub followed by some time around the campfire.

Day 3

Warm drinks and breakfast served in the morning. Pack up and set off on the final section of the journey. As always, we will stop for warm drinks and snacks and a another delicious fresh lunch. We will finish our trip around 14:00 where we will be met by the minibus and driven back to Tresseck campsite.You will have the opportunity to shower before you travel home.

Arriving:

By Car – 09:30 meeting time

You can drive directly to the campsite where you can park your car for £3 per night.

By train - 09:00 arrival

Arrive at Hereford train station for 09:00am where we can arrange for collection and drop off. We will need this information in advance of your arrival.
