ABOUT ANT EDDIES-DAVIES

Anthony Eddies-Davies has spent his whole career working in the outdoors with an extensive portfolio that spans over 30 years of experience across the globe. He has run his own outdoor centres in the UK and Himalayas, trains outdoor professionals and emergency services in land, water and technical rescue environments and has been a professional expedition guide all over the world. As a recognised trainer for many outdoor bodies his experience is backed up by a host of professional qualifications to train and assess both UK and international qualifications. As a professional guide he has led expeditions in some of the highest mountain ranges, completed the first descent of rivers, journeyed across oceans, explored remote jungles and crossed frozen landscapes.

Ant’s experience has led to him working for government agencies, exploring remote regions under royal invitation, running guide training programs for tourism boards and operators, writing articles for national publications,  as well as acting as an expedition consultant and safety advisor on media productions including the BBC, Discovery Channel and more recently Amazon prime, Netflix and Sky TV.
